In this workshop, you will create three cards featuring the Soothing Sympathy stamp by Power Poppy. Basic understanding of Copic shading is helpful, but I will cover all necessary techniques in class.

BRING TO CLASS

COPIC MARKERS: The list below reflects the Copic markers that I will use in class. You can follow along using the same colors OR substitute colors based upon your personal Copic collection. You will need a blendable selection of greens for leaves, pink/reds for flowers, yellow/golds for the butterfly. Please bring all your markers to class (markers will not be provided in class) and make sure your Copics are marked with Washi tape or some other means of identification. Markers are available for purchase at Photo Scraps prior to class.

  • RV11: Pink
  • R43: Bouganvillea
  • R46: Strong Red
  • R56: Cardinal
  • YR18: Sanguine
  • Y32: Cashmere
  • Y38: Honey
  • G12: Sea Green
  • G14: Apple Green
  • G46: Mistletoe
  • 0: Colorless blender

OTHER SUPPLIES: Please bring the following to class:

  • Tape runner adhesive or double-sided tape
  • Foam tape or squares
  • Scissors

  1. Oh, Nancy, another gorgeous collection of cards that are so beautifully colored! What a great gift set these would make. I love each one! Thanks for sharing these and the colors you’ve used!! I love that you kept the layouts simple, and it’s a great way to use up my HUGE stash of DP! Haha! Hugs!
