The theme for January is “Rosé All Day” — a new digital image featuring flowers that are naturally reds, pinks, and whites such as Roses, Redbud branches, and Cyclamen hederifolium. Marcella has added in a few paint brushes and a colored pencil, along with a ladybug and bumblebees. Think of it as a way to expand your skills and push your coloring boundaries.
Here, I’m pushing my own coloring boundaries by trying some no line coloring. Still a work in progress and not quite ready for prime time, but who knows? With a little more practice ….
In the meantime, stop on over at the Power Poppy blog and take a look at what the other Instant Gardeners have in store for you. We’re celebrating the release of this image with Kathy Racoosin at The Daily Marker to help kick off the 30 Day Coloring Challenge!
