Bountiful Bouquet by Power Poppy

Bountiful Bouquet by Power PoppyGood morning friends! I’m back this morning with a card featuring the new digital release from Power Poppy available for download today. Bountiful Bouquet features TWO focal images! One illustration (featured here) is large and in charge — with three Rudbekia blooms intertwined with berries and leaves. A second illustration is a pitcher filled with the same Rudbekia flowers, plus branches of fruiting Persimmon and the vivid stems of pokeweed berries. Two sentiments encouraging happiness and mindfulness round out this bountiful digi set.

For my card, I colored the image using Copic markers. I fussy cut the image and mounted it on a piece of plain white card stock with thin foam adhesive squares. I ink blended the background on a piece of multi-media cardstock and dried the ink with a heat gun. When ready, I taped down the stencil and applied embossing ink with a foam blender. After removing the stencil, I covered the embossing ink with clear embossing powder and set with my heat gun.  All products and Copic colors are listed below in the supply list.

  1. Oh, Nancy, I LOVE how you’ve used the “large and in charge” image of this set! It’s beautifully colored, and I love your fussy cutting and how it looks gorgeous on your mixed-media background! Stunning, my friend! Hugs! xoxo

  2. Nancy, this card is so lovely. Your fussy cutting for this floral design is amazing and looks stunning on the inverted scalloped background. Thanks so much for sharing this.
