I’m over on the Passionate Paper Creations and Friends blog today with this adorable image from Conie Fong Art called Tori the Dragon Birthday Girl. When I first attempted to color this image, I did a basic blend of blues and blue greens, but the result was so blended that it was too smooth (duh!). So I started again, this time employing some pointillism enhanced by a white Sukura Gelly Roll pen to get both shading and texture.
