Happy New Year! Hope you had a wonderful holiday. I’m ready to get back to some serious coloring and papercrafting. Today I’m over at the LDRS Inspiration blog with my latest card featuring this sweet image from Saturated Canary available in the LDRS Creative online store. I have to admit that this is my first SC image and it was fun to color.

How do you like the pointillism background? Well I have a confession – just as I finished coloring the image, I accidentally dropped my marker, leaving a big, blue splotch! So I covered it with lots of little dots in shades of blue and not only did it cover my mistake, but created a neat and subtle background.
