In case you need any encouragement, I’ve got got a new card featuring the Folk Art Stamp Set, which is one of the clear sets on sale today. I decided that I wanted to color the image in bright colors so I selected Copic marker combinations in red, blue, yellow and green (see supply list below).
To create the card base, I cut two pieces of white card stock using the largest of the Spellbinders Fleur-de-Lis Rectangle dies. I joined them together using a folded card adhered to the back of the rectangle centers.
It seems like no matter how much paper I buy, I never seem to have the exact color that I need. In this case, I didn’t have a blue card stock that matched my color palette so I cut a piece of white card stock and colored a 1/4″ border using my B26 marker. Voila! Exact match!

Vibrant and fun die cut border. I like the vibrant feel to this, especially right now. Great card.
