HEY FRIENDS! I’m slowly getting caught up and I’ve been able to spend more time in my studio. Today I actually have a project and video that I created before Christmas that I’ve finally been able to edit and post. It’s a framed piece that I made for my brother as a Christmas gift, featuring the Anita Jeram Art Is stamp set by Colorado Craft Company. My brother paints portraits and landscapes in acrylic and oils, so I thought that he’d appreciate this adorable image by Anita Jeram. As always, I’ve linked supplies with compensated affiliate links used where possible at no cost to you.
Today’s Project

Featured Products
- Anita Jeram Art Is by Colorado Craft Company [ SBC | CCC | SSS ]
- Copic marker coloring (see list below)
- Additional supplies listed in the thumbnails below
I cut a piece of Hammermill cardstock to 5×7 inches and lightly traced in pencil the inside opening of the picture mat so that I would know where to stamp the image. The image was stamped using Hero Arts Intense Black Ink and colored with Copic markers. All coloring and assembly are shown in the video below.
A note about the frame — I used the Gunnabo 5×7 picture frame from IKEA. It appears that this frame is no longer carried by IKEA, but the Ribba 5×7 frame appears to be similar and may be a good substitute.
