YEP, IT’S ME AGAIN! Today we’re celebrating Small Business Saturday to encourage folks to shop small. If you check out the Power Poppy Blog, you’ll see that Marcella has a special deal for you today. Check it out – I don’t want to spoil her surprise!
Today’s card features the new Winter Flora digital stamp. I cropped it so that I could enlarge part of the image along the left side of the card and have enough room to insert a sentiment as well. I colored it with Copic markers (see list below) and kept the overall design clean and simple. I can color quickly, but agonize over the card layout. Since I need lots of holiday cards this season, I’m keeping the layout simple so that I can get the job done.
In this case, I thought that featuring just a portion would highlight just how beautiful this image really is.
Take a look at what some of my teammates have put together to inspire you!

And don’t forget that I have a giveaway posted on Wednesday’s post for a $20 Power Poppy gift code. Add a comment in THAT post and you’ll be entered for a chance to win. Through Monday, be sure to stop by the design team blogs — many of them are also offering a $20 Power Poppy gift code giveaway!
No hopping tomorrow – we’re all sleeping in late. But I’ll be back on Monday my last card of the blog hop. See you then!

This is just gorgeous!
Nancy. I love what you’ve done with the Winter Floral set. OMG it is beautiful. The colors are just pretty. Love Power Poppy and would love to do more florals like this in class.
Great job Nancy, love the clean look of this…went great with the dies you choose.
A lovely bright cheerful Christmas card Nancy, beautifully coloured and lovely layout – I understand the layout agonizing, me too.
Your coloring is lovely, and I really like how you cropped this image and placed it on the card
Thank you Terry!
