Work in Progress: Persian Motifs

Persian_Motifs_grandeI recently purchased several Altenew stamps and finally had a chance to play around with them. I’m not particularly skilled at heat embossing — I usually end up with more embossing powder scattered on my workspace than on the card — but the Persian Motifs stamp set seemed perfect for a little heat embossing and a lot of distress inks.

  1. This is beautiful, and I think your progress is lovely! I’m with you about heating embossing and getting such a mess. Even though I’ve seen so many videos where the gals just whisk away the remains into the plastic box, I somehow get some all over my table. But you’ve tempted me with this one! I look forward to seeing the final results! Hugs!
