Yesterday I revealed the first card I created for Demo Day at PhotoScraps. Today’s reveal is my second card, again featuring the same stamp sets – Deck the Halls by Taylored Expressions and Christmas Sampler by Paper Smooches.

Here’s a look at the inside. I used a coordinating paper from the I Love Winter Collection by Echo Park Paper Co.

Let’s Chill

It’s never too early to get started on cards for the winter holidays and this snowman is one of my favorite images. It’s from the Let’s Chill digital stamp set by Power Poppy and it’s so quick and easy to color that you can put a card together in no time.

Today I’m over at the Passionate Paper Creations blog with a short tutorial how to make this card so stop by and take a look. This is also a Power Poppy weekend at the Passionate Paper Creations & Friends Facebook Group and be sure to come by and join in on the fun!

I Hope Santa Spoils You Rotten

I’ve started making Christmas cards to post in the shop and to send out for the holidays. I fell in love with the Santa’s Elves stamp set  that My Favorite Things released last winter, but it was so popular that I couldn’t get it last year. So this year, I made sure that I had in my stamp collection.

The elves are simple to shade and color. I colored these in shades of red to keep it simple and quick. I had the Crimsom 6×6 paper pad from Recollections in my stash so I selected three different patterns. Colored up the image, added a few sequins, and voila! Three new Christmas cards! For the inside, I used a simple sentiment from Paper Smooches Christmas Sampler stamp set.
