Playing around with the Little Elf Kit digital stamp by Mo’s Digital Pencil. Obviously I was also able to find more of that blue snow flake paper (at JoAnn Fabrics) and bought several sheets this time. It’s great for an easy snowy background.

I’ve been going through my Christmas images to see which ones I want to use this year. I think that this image by Mo’s Digital Pencil was one of the first digital stamps that I ever purchased. So it was fun to bring it out again this year to see what I could do with it.
I found this background paper somewhere (JoAnn’s?, A.C. Moore?) and bought it because I knew that it would be a great background for a winter card. Unfortunately I seem to have only bought one sheet (who does that?) so I had to wait for the perfect image to use it. I think that Mo’s Season’s Greetings fits the bill.

Today I’m featuring the New Baby digital stamp by Mo’s Digital Pencil. I love the character and the detail in Mo Manning’s drawings.
I struggled with the colors for this image because I wanted to capture the folds in the bassinet fabric but given them a soft, translucent quality. So I used pale blues and a soft yellow to try to capture those qualities. Hope you enjoy the end result!

It’s been a busy weekend. I had a special request for a card and purchased the Sailor Boy set by Mo’s Digital Pencil to incorporated into the layout. So once that card was finished, I couldn’t resist making another one that just featured images from the set.

Several months ago, I created a military homecoming card using Mo Manning’s Soldier Boy and Lazy Mutt digital images. My friend Jess recently asked if I could remake the card, adding a second child to the montage. I knew that the only way this would really work was to add another child in some sort of military garb. Luckily, Mo also has a set of sailor boys and this one from the set fit in perfectly. I used a different image from the Lazy Dog set so that everyone would fit together better. I have to admit that I love the final result.
