Potted Geranium by Power Poppy

HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY! We had a great, but exhausting trip yesterday to Harper’s Ferry. The new Mini Cooper was fun to drive and certainly made it easier to pack and carry around all of my husband’s living history equipment. Don’t tell anyone, but the adorable Coupe is becoming a fading memory!

Enough car talk! Today, I have one more card to show that I made for Power Poppy’s May Digital Blitz. I’ve always loved Marcella’s illustration of potted geraniums. Although I have many Power Poppy images as clear stamps sets, I was missing the geraniums. So I was thrilled when this image was included as part of the Digital Blitz.

Rowhouse Greetings | Potted Geranium by Power Poppy

I kept the design and coloring super simple (the list of Copics is below). The sentiment is from the Power Poppy’s Nest is Best Digital Stamp set. I debated adding some enamel dots or dew drops, but opted to use Wink of Stella on the mister and the flowers for some shimmer.

Hope you found some inspiration. Thanks for stopping by and I’ll see you again soon!
